360 Drilling has a growing range of specialised underground equipment, which offers greater operational flexibility that is capable of meeting all our clients' needs in providing our drilling service.
The following listed equipment is specially fitted out for underground operations i.e. the latest fire suppression systems, emission controls, isolating switches, hazardous lighting systems, 1,000 volt electrical compliance along with registered pressure vessels that comply with mine site and mining regulations.
At 360 Drilling preventative maintenance is held in the highest regard, and it's the very nature of our equipment and ITH Drilling capability that puts it in the harshest of mining environments with salt, water and vibration a constant during operation.
The company maintains its equipment in a purpose built facility located at 13 Broadwood Street West Kalgoorlie in WA, and this very location in the heart of West Australian mining belt, gives the company access to long established specialised mining parts and services within the region, that enables us to rapidly support our operational requirements across Australia.
A strict regime of preventative maintenance, skilled in-house fabrication provided by our fitters, has proved not only beneficial to our rigs, but ultimately to our client's benefit, that we offer extraordinary high availability, drilling efficiency and accuracy.
Our operators also play an integral role in the maintenance of our rigs, with our maintenance fitters providing ongoing training of our operators in all aspects of the machines operating and maintenance requirements; so that there are few problems encountered that the operators can't handle themselves on site across the country.
